1. Controller

When you contact us by email or through Instagram/WhatsApp, we process the personal data you provide (typically your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and to maintain the resulting correspondence. Our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in replying to you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data. We may use trusted processors (e.g. an email provider) strictly to deliver our services, under appropriate data-processing terms.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
